They are the BEST bank EVER! I have a home loan with them and rent it out. My renter didn't pay and since I don't live there I didn't notice. They called me and told me so that I both didn't get a late fee but also didn't get the dreaded mortgage late payment on my credit. Amazing!

I have been with this bank for a long time and they are very fast sometimes and other times there slow, because of all the people that come in everyday.

Everytime I've called I'm on hold 15-20 minutes. And they don't get back to me until an hour later or longer... The new card I've been sent won't activate and they've just sent me in a circle with being on hold and the card activation number.

You should NOT HAVE TO WAIT ON HOLD FOR 75 OR MORE MINUTES TO SPEAK TO ANYONE!!!!!
