The Kodiak branch has me spoiled. They know me too well. When I go to Anchorage sometimes I forgot that they have no idea who I am and sometimes it's a cold reception and it's like I'm just one in the masses, whereas at our local Kodiak branch you walk through the door and they greet you by name. It's refreshing but I guess that's the small town for ya.

Went to get a simple money order they said I had to have a account with them then I could get one why the hell would I want a account with them when they wouldn't even sell a simple money order

Excellent customer service every time I have a question or concern! All the girls I have come across (Lovelyn Alejandro, Jane Ocampo, Alfea and Micah and just everyone there is super friendly and go above and beyond! They all deserve a raise! High five to your crew at the Kodiak, Alaska branch! Whoooo hoooo!
