How can you rate lower the only bank in town. Well, Wells Fargo just happens to be my bank, and the only one in Kotzebue, Alaska. Friendly tellers who quickly call you by name, and in foul weather or fair, there always there. Usual banking hours.

Appointments made on line option is great when I arrived the bank manager was ready for me knowledgeable and patient explain everything he was doing. the tellers remembered me every time I walked in and greeted me by name with smiles

we waited 30 minutes to open an account and then we were told they didn’t have time to do it but i’ve heard some okay things about this bank one thing i wish is they would stay open one hour later so everyone can get to the bank.

Only one bank in Kotzebue. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Regular working hours.
