This company employs Kathy Sullivan as a mortgage broker. She has used her back ground in the mortgage industry to find and buy property at foreclosure auctions. On one particular property she somehow managed to be the only bidder at a foreclosure auction and paid $6500 for a 250k property owned by a mentally ill female. Kathy doesn't care though and has forced this issue to court. In my opinion Alaska USA Mortgage should be avoided as long as they employ people with greed as the only motivation in life. Kathy. I hope when we are done you get to experience living in the street just like my sister is now!
