I found this Lending Company to be very scattered and never explaining anything I got sent to sign . It was only email communication and only after i finally say Hey somebody needs to explain what the heck I'm signing and there was never any person connection between Lender, Broker or Real estate Agents . It has been my first time buying a home and I found them very non caring and very demanding on whatever they wanted but not explaining things to me until I finally complained. Was very Unprofessional on All Levels from what I have dealt with

Rhonda and her team- especially Pam, were AMAZING! We started the process with another lender located in Anchorage in April of this year and had a horrible experience! So we decided to switch lenders in the middle of July and began working with Cornerstone Lending! We previously tried to go through another local lender in Homer who for whatever reason stopped talking to us and left us hanging with no explanation or follow-up. We were starting to panic but Rhonda and her team came through and delivered an awesome experience as well as a great rate.
