These employees need a raise! They unfortunately seem so consistently unhappy, it makes me dread coming in every time. It feels like I'm in Canada or something - nobody ever smiles.

You need to update your hours it says 6pm drive up windows on Kenai and Soldotna but you are closed at 5pm

Every transaction took a long time and the staff took the wrong amount of money I needed. She didn't even apologize, but taught me to find out for myself. I will never choose this bank again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
