Slow. Not satisfactory. If you want your money to be pending to use, choose this bank. Because even simple savings to checking transfers will be pending. I did get 200 dollars for signing up for direct deposit. Only highlight I can think of.So to sum it up, you can't spend your money without there approval. AND TIME IS MONEY. So I would suggest using a different institution.

First off Keybank came to my job. To promote themselves and stated "we will give you 200 dollars. To open a checking account. And 25 for a savings account." I went into the branch about 3 weeks later. I opened a checking and savings account. I asked the lady what were the conditions? She said " you need to make A direct deposit in the amount of 900 dollars. And you need to keep 100 dollars in your savings. Also it takes 60 days to receive. I.I received no paperwork about the promotion. Here I am 90 days later. I go into the branch and ask. Why haven't I received my sign up bonus? Oh cause you need to make 2 direct deposits. The lady lied to me she stated A deposit. Not 2 deposits. Or I would have made 2 deposits. I argued but I knew it was no hope.. She lied to me. And then she knew she did. But kept on lying

Very unhelpful customer service. Needed assistance depositing settlement funds in a client account and they offered no help whatsoever.
