We went in yesterday to the seward meridian location to open an account and we are extremely pleased with the customer service. After being with a big bank for almost 10 years we were hesitant about switching banks but Hannah made the process so easy. She even wrote out a step by step guide on making our logins online as well as information about the app. One thing my husband appreciated and later pointed out to me as we were talking about how nice Hannah was; was when she asked about my employment. I said "stay at home mom" and without hesitation she said "not just a stay at home mom, you do so much." Those extra attention to details things makes for great customer service. we are looking forward to being life long customers.

I’ve been banking here for over a decade my whole family has a bank here I would recommend it to anybody especially if you had a business at all or were looking to get along they have great rates.

Most friendly banking service. Brings a hometown feeling to the financial world.

After being a customer for over 12 years, this bank has gone down hill. They have nice locations that are friendly and clean. Their interest rates are higher than most.They have a"unexplainable" process of determining their loan offers. They come up with new fees and I just can't stay with a bank that doesn't have a general guidelines that makes sense for loans

I love banking there, however they did just take my credit card for some fake false charges. It was quite the headache. And I was confused as to why my card was being taken cause I thought I did make a purchase.

The friendly employees who always go above and beyond in the services they provide are why I enjoy banking with them, whether it's on the phone, online, or in person.

They are a good bank. They do good at car loans and such but not very helpful when it comes to home loans. Been doing business with them for over 20 years and they've only hosed me twice.
