They dont have fees and they have many locations but thats about it. My biggest problem with this place is the working hours. Not open until 10am is literally ridiculous they should be open @ 7am and closing at 6pm cuts off a lot of people as well. Not open on Columbus Day? Get real. Not open on sunday. Literally the only time you can go to this bank is while everyone is typically at work themselves. If you cant manage to be open for normal hours than at least remove atm withdrawal limit so people has SOME way to access their funds. Like it or not some people need access to cash.

Live ATM 24/7. Nicest ppl you will ever meet. Very helpful. Your in Alaska where ppl treat each other with respect. If your here on vacation you will notice the difference right away. And you will want to relocate with your family. It's the way America was meant to be.

The front desk was extremely rude. My mom went to pick up a package that was accidentally sent to there. The tellers implied they could not help at all. Although, I received a call from Brian to pick it up at Ste 102

Very unaccomidating and inefficient compared to other credit unions during the Covid19 crisis. They put a limit on how much you could take out in the drive through. Said I could take out more money in the lobby at the "live ATM" even though I was talking to a live person in the drive through. So I'd have to take 3 kids into a dirty lobby. Nice to know your employees are protected but members aren't.

This is unbelievable I have to wait on waitlist for 1 hour ! Should get more staff
