Credit Central, Albertville, AL

I've done my taxes with hrblock online for the last six years. Usually pay about $150 after fees and all. This year I saw credit central could do a tax advance for up to 6k. Reluctantly I gave it a shot and filed with credit central. Told me i would know in 24 hrs if i got approved for the advance. Literally 3 weeks go by and never heard from credit central. Called them today to be informed i didnt qualify. And on top of that they charged me $500 to do my taxes. What!!!!! Biggest financial mistake of my life. Do not go here.

I called to get a small loan, lady was nice and helpful I thought, then never called me back, so I called and she said I only had 1 thing on my credit, which I know to be a lie as i pay for credit monitoring. Didnt even account for the amazing loan and payment history I have with my car place that is on my credit. I see now why they have 3.7 stars. Very sad not to help people in the world we are in , and to lie about something everyone else can see on my credit to discredit me a loan. Very sad.

I highly recommend using Credit Central in albertville! Jennefer and Julie make you feel like family, the are so welcoming and talk to you like they have know you forever. I was able to get what I needed and I will always do business with them!
