Sent out a pre-approved letter but you aren't really. Have to give your entire life history and then they want to harass your landlord. Not do you have a lease or receipt or piece of mail as proof of residence nope they want a direct line to harass your landlord. Some of have landlords that don't like you handing out their number some would even evict people over it So no don't fall for their you are preapproved because you're not.

Go somewhere else !!!! Rude!!!
