While being a customer they were great, however after going through a divorce and everyone at our branch knowing this, I went to remove my name off of my exes accounts. They said I didn’t need to do this because they were business accounts. My ex was supposed to go remove her name off of my account however she decided to close the account and remove all the money. Luckily almost all of my money at this point was at a different bank, however the hassle of having auto drafted bills etc that come out of this acct has been a hassle to change. No one called me or anything. I found out by pulling up my account on the app. While legal yes, it was a poor choice to not even contact me to let me know. I have now closed all of my accts and loans and will never do business with them again! I have referred numerous customers to them, never again. They claim to be people of faith and compassion! They are not and if they are willing to treat me like this who knows what else they are doing! Very poor business practices.

They are there, stepping to the plate. First Bank, out of 3 that actually were open for customers, setting up a new account, with ease. There's Covid, then there are business rising up, to service, the community. Thank you Renae & River Bank.

I used River Bank when I moved back in 2020. I moved away for fourteen months. Now I’m going home again for the duration and I’ll definitely use River Bank. Phil, Carla Reese and the rest of the staff has always been so professional and helpful. Great bank!!
