The older lady woth dark hair that works at the end is incredibly hateful. Everytime my husband has been in there she is straight out ugly to him. I just opened an account, but I can assure you I will be closing it because of her. I took out a loan and told her I would be happy with whatever they could give me and she yelled at me "DONT WALK IN HERE AND SAY WHATEVER YOU CAN GIVE ME! YOU DONT DO THAT!". She made me feel 2 feet tall. The Younger lady with light blonde/brown hair is an absolute sweetheart. She treats both me and my husband with kindness. She works at the first booth when you walk in. That other lady though, she needs help mentally. You don't treat people that bad.

Its a good enough employee only credit union located on the Shaw campus just through the security gate. They offer loans at average to better than average interest rates, however the savings accounts only earn negligible interest, which looses a star off this review.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced through a bank/finance company.
