I would not even rate them at a 1 star. My husband and I have used title max in Andalusia now for almost 3 years. Today was the worst experience we have had since doing business with them. This morning I paid off our truck loan at around 6 A.M. went at 4 PM to pick to the title up and we was refused the title. We never signed or was told about a new policy that was now in effect that states they hold the title for 7 to 10 business days after the loan has been paid through THEIR mobile app with a debit card. The same debit card that makes the payments every month, I might add. For the last two title loans we have done, we were able to pay off and go get the title the same day or the day after. The payment has done been processed through my bank and cleared the bank and I still can not get the title. Makes me question whether or not we will receive the title back. I am beyond frustrated and I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR REPEATING CUSTOMERS I FEEL THE NEW ONES. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO NO ONE AND LET ME REPEAT "TO NO ONE" PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!

Unfortunately I came in right at their closing time. But there was two lovely ladies that seemed eager to help me. Even though it was about 30 mins until they closed the doors. They helped me get a title loan in about 30 mins from start to finish. I'll definitely recommend them.

They where the sweetest women I have dealt with. They helped me with everything and walked me through step by step and I’m so thankful of them. I’m very satisfied with their services and highly recommend.

Amber was great help and very professional she even helped me get setup for the holiday giveaway.
