I love the Arab branch. They are always so nice so friendly. Whitney is great! She's a friendly smile and a friendly face. Love going in and talking to her. I go in there maybe 3 to 4 times a week and hardly ever have to wait. Arab is the only branch I go to. U guys are great. . Katherine (your western Union gal lol)

Came to cash a check and the person who wrote it forgot to put the day of month on check then they tell us to go have another check wrote then when we get back even though they called and talked to person who wrote the check they would not cash it. They wasted our time. I would find somewhere else to go. Many more places in Arab with much better service.

I love Check into Cash, especially the Arab branch. Great place to get a check cashed or a title loan. I've used them for years and will continue to.

Went in to redo a payday advance like I had done before and been coming here for years and really needed the extra money and the new woman was like you don't have a paycheck proof in here well I did everything always the same with never a problem for several others who worked there and had all my info so needless to say I didn't get the money I needed today but this new person will have you losing business when yall need it the most so I will never come here again and the wait is ridiculous just to be told that when never an issue before.
