I would give them 0 stars if I could! We're have been with this loan company for 3 years and now that they have a new manager named Rainy they have went down hill! She will yell at you on the phone, hang up on you, and yell some more when you try to call back and talk to her. She is very rude and I will never go here again!

Harasses people. If you are late on your payment. The people that works at the Albertville, AL location calls everyday, even when you tell them to stop calling. If you don't answer, they call your references everyday harassing them. Terrible customer service.

Manager was very rude. Been with them for more than 3 years. Rainie will call and start yelling on the phone, then hang up on you when you call her out.

Always helpful, manager was very nice and informative. Office is clean and service was quick. We have had three or four loans at the Arab, Alabama branch.
