Went in to payout my acct and was very offended bc the Dm was walking around hollering” you called it you called it” bc I said I wanted to payout. Once everything was processed she said “you must have gotten your taxes?” As if I have to have taxes to payout. I have a job and work everyday so I don’t have to have taxes to payout bc I’ve paid 3 accts with them. Will never do business there again.

If you ever get behind with 1st Cash Express, YOUR SCREWED ! They will take you to court THE NEXT DAY. Don t ever ask the president of the company for help either. He don t have time for people. He ignored me like I was bothering him. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! GET OUT NOW! GO TO APPROVED CASH IF YOU ARE DESPERATE. AT LEAST THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU.

I've done business here a few times and I've never had any problems they are always very friendly.
