Very satisfied, they got me approved and cash deposited into my bank account within an hour, very respectful and polite will continue to use them.

Whatever the assistant managers name is at the athens branch is rude, unprofessional, and should not work in public. All she did was catch attitude and hang up the phone. All these comments I seen I feel are definitely her and I will not be referring anyone to this company. Hopefully corporate will fix the issue.

The most unprofessional company ever. Rude, lies told by their employees. Since employees from Decatur were brought to Athens they have plummeted to a company that doesn't care about their clients. Takes money from clients and denies doing so. Needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!

This is the only company I have dealt with since COVID started that has no interest in helping the customer. I was told that I could have got unemployment insurance but as upper management of a large corporation, I had a secure job. Did they offer global pandemic insurance? No, because nobody could have expected this. I wouldn't have even got a loan had I known the world was going to be turned on it's ear. And to kick a guy while he's down they forced an autopay from my bank account that only had 20 dollars in it and now I am 200 dollars overdrawn and can't even make it to an interview if I could get one. Thank you OneMain. Now you're part of my big pain

Company sent the title to our vehicle to the wrong address. Had the our correct address and everything but yet sent the title to a vehicle to another addres.

I've only dealt with one lady at the Athens office. She was always very pleasant and answered all questions and made suggestions for a better outcome of my loan. Definitely would recommend.

We inquired about a loan and what would help our approval odds. All we received was rude attitude and unprofessionalism from Amanda. She continued to cut us off with "we just can't help you" several times rather than answering our actual questions. We will NEVER use this company again nor will I recommend to anyone.

Great folks to work with when you need that loan or cash.
