The new management is awful. Kimberly was the best, and so very helpful. The current manager is rude, changes her story as to what policy every time you call and ask a question. Hands down the worst customer service ever.

Kimberlie is one of the best person and friend we could ever ask for. She is honest person very friendly and we will always come back here anytime we need a loan. She needs a bonus and a raise.
