The ladies at Check-N-Go of Auburn location Courtney and Kaila are awesome. Always friednly and gives the best customer service. Keep up the great work ladies!!!

The staff member Courtney is very friendly and professional she takes very good care of her customers and make them feel important to herself and the company. GREAT JOB

They stop working an hour before they close

I did application online after I was sent offer in the mail and communicated with the associates at the store before I went down there. Need I remind u I'm from 45 mins away. Any way got there and the store opened late and the lady working at the time told me that I couldn't receive the loan because I had switched jobs but I had all the paperwork that I was told to bring so yeah it was a waste of time gas and also abad review.

Katrina and Nicole are more than helpful I had problems with my SSN and they didn't stop until they found out what the problem was can't think them enough highly recommend going to see them

I would like to stop getting mail advertisements from this company, as Check-N-Go Auburn was the worst, when they had that manager, Courtney. Her attitude and lack of customer service was deplorable. There were times whe she would have failed to put up the gone to lunch sign and see you about to open the door and run to it, lock and then walk away without a word. I watched a lady one day beg her to go ahead and accept her payment, as she had gotten a ride there and the person couldn't wait an hour. Courtney was so heartless; she refused to let the lady pay (even though she still had customers in the building). You have to be able to make exceptions on a case by case basis. However, I would like to thank her because her attitude was the reason I paid out my loan and never looked back. Had it not been for her, I probably would have still been in the payday cycle. So, kudos to her for having such a nasty attitude that she ran me away and on to financial freedom! On the flip side, when Amanda was at that location, she was always pleasant and exhibited good customer service skills. Unfortunately, one bad apple can ruin a whole review.

Poor customer service. Said they run out of cash but can put it on a debit card that also charges a fee on top of the fee they charge. GTFOH sorry a$$ company
