WARNING! Avoid JODIE AND WHITNEY!!! They are disgusting, manipulative people who will ESPECIALLY mistreat mentally ill customers. They'll claim they "treat you well" as a loan company and you should "treat them well" as a customer in manipulative tones. Then gang up on you together. It started with Jodie but then manager Whitney defended her gaslighting behavior, laughing at me, and making light of the situation. Go to Homewood, or any other store. The Regional Finance company is fine as a whole but I refuse to do business in the Bessemer office as long as these two work there. Disgusting and pathetic. Clearly some mean girls never grow up.
