Awful place, their requirements are ridiculous, then they call you and lie to you about having money available. It literally doesn't matter how much mail you bring them or what your bank account says they say no even after they run your credit. Wouldn't recommend, wouldn't go here EVER again. Don't get scammed don't let them run your credit. Wish I could rate 0.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get a loan at the Bessemer,Al location. Tammy one of the representatives is very rude and disrespectful. She speaks to customers anyway, hangs up on them and mistreats them. I will never do business with them again once this loan is paid off.

I do not recommend this as a place to get a loan if you're trying to build your credit. They are misleading and they always say that they're going through an update. They do not report to the credit bureaus.

Love em! Unlike what previous say, they do report to credit bureau, they have raised my credit score 150 points in a yr and a half! Thank you security finance

A female called me asked for ashley well my name is Ashley, she told me I had funds ready to be picked up i was confused and asked where I had funds at she said security finance I said where is that she said um well you have a payment coming up, I'm like um no i dont she said this is Ashley Mason right um no its not but I'll take the funds any way haha laughed and parted our ways well my husband called and said a lady called his phone and asked for me that she had some exciting news for me about some funds well for them to call both our phones had me concerned so I called this lady back to see how they got both our numbers to make sure someone isn't trying to use my info well she wouldn't help me laughed and hung up in my face rude... and she wanted me to know that in the future if we needed a loan to come see them um no thank you!!!!

Monica was so helpful and had me in and out. Customer service was top tier. Entire office was welcoming and nice.

This is the first place to ever approve me of a loan I definitely will be back to do business with these people!! Sweet down to earth nice are just a few things the employees are in this store!!
