My representative Ray, was so sweet and nice and very helpful. She was very patient with me and made sure I was taken care of. She's an awesome rep.

I've never had issues with this location they've always been friendly and helpful. But recently I've went to make my payment twice, and no one was at the store.. so the manager calls to tell me I'm late and they cannot help me with one more day..although I've been trying to go into this location to handle my business. I have to close my own store to go there to do this, and twice this week, no one came to the door. I don't think it's right not to help a loyal customer if their own store isn't even open to take payments. Up until now, I've been satisfied.. but as a business, how can you not correct your own faults? And fault the customer..
