I called this place to ask if they posted my check for my loan. Whoever I spoke with was extremely rude. Before I could even finish my question, give my name, or give them any information about my account the lady cut me off and said that the check takes two days to post. I tried to explain that the check wasn't even pending on my bank account but the lady just restated that it takes two days for the check to post. When I asked if she would at least check she rudely said that she did check, which how could she when I gave her no information to look up my account with. Before I could even say okay or thank you she rudely hung up the phone. She also did not identify herself by name. I only came here because I needed some quick cash to put tires on my car because my tires had no tread. I was out of town when it was time to repay and I work 12 hour shifts so I am not able to come by during business hours. All I want to do is make my payment in full and know that my loan has been settled. It would be nice to know that this matter is taken care of without the rudeness of some of your employees. I have worked in the customer service industry for 10 plus years and there was absolutely no reason for your associate to have an attitude with me for asking a simple question. It was completely uncalled for. She was short with me, wouldn't answer my question, did nothing to actually reassure me that the check was being processed, and then hung up the phone before I could even say okay or thank you. If I have to use Always Money in the future I will never use this branch again and I will be telling everyone I know to never use this location. Your associates really need a crash course training in customer service.

My experience with Always Money was a terrible one .They are disrespectful and unprofessional.They had mydaughterto pay her loan,and afterwards they said that it could not be renewed. Ijust thank God that we did not really need it for a bill!My wake up call is to end the payday loan syndrome.Ithank God!!!!! The representative got mad at me and in terms took frustrations out on me because I did not allow him to talk to me anyway.

The lady had a TERRIBLE attitude! I will never do business with this company again

UNPROFESSIONAL, GHETTO , HOOD EMPLOYEE TRYING TO RUN THE SHOW LIKE IT'S HER MONEY AND NOT MOB MONEY!!!

Always money isn't rude or disrespectful. All you have to do is pay your loan ON TIME!! If your going to be late let them know at least 2 days ahead. I done business with them for over a year never had any issues. If your not planning to pay there money back DO NOT GET THERE MONEY.

Keep getting phone calls from this company saying they have an application from me. I never use payday loans and am worried that they are trying to steal from me. When they call I tell them no way am I trying to do business with them. They keep calling
