I’m gonna start off by saying Shameka is wonderful, but the other big girl that works there doesn’t know what she’s doing at all …. I went there to make a payment and the girl literally charged me the full amount of the whole loan and now I have to wait 3-5 business days just to get my money back and I have 4 kids smh the girl wasn’t even apologetic or showed any sympathy on what she did wrong, I told shameka that the girl didn’t apologize or anything and the girl heard me so she decided to get smart and say slick stuff….. very unprofessional. Every time I come in there shameka always has to guide her on what to do. I don’t even see how she was hired there. After I pay my loan off I will never come back to this place as long as she works there. I will go else where if a need another advance.

Shanique and onea are just amazing people they are very helpful and the customer service is A1

On 7/23/21 I went with my mom to midfield location employee was very rude. She seen us coming in she puts her head back down when we stood in front of her and start writing something didn't say hi or nothing. My mom had to say are you busy then she say how can I help you. Then still being unprofessional I ask are you the only one here she said yes and I said you being real unprofessional like you don't wont to be here so she responded you like to go some where else. Again unprofessional never again will I come back here my mom 74 years old

I went to check n go a few weeks ago and I must say I had a great experience! Tamisha was awesome!! She gave great customer service, polit,was very knoledge about and extremely patience with me.. every question I had she answered without hesitation. She informed of the process step by step and gave me pros and cons. I would highly reccomend this location! Happy customer!
