The slow skinny clerk didn't go through with my western union transaction because she don't feel comfortable send my money overseas??? That's the first in my life I had any issues sending money anywhere. Unprofessional, rude and give me weird vibe like I'm up for no good.

One plus sized woman told me that I was “too old” to not have a specific type of bank account and giving shady insults as if she doesn’t look like a pregnant walrus with discoloration all over her lips and eyes. Do not do business here. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I was point blank lied to by an employee who told me "we don't have the funds to cash that check"....it was a $4000 check. I've done more business with this store than I'd care to admit, yet I somehow, more frequently than not, end up being treated as if I were an absolute scam artist. This establishment offers no sort of professionalism or courtesy to it's unfortunate customers and I do not suspect that will ever change.

Today I had the best customer service, I've had in years. I really appreciated the effort the ladies, put in to help me. Resolve my issues I had from trying to cash my settlement check.... Thank you and Greatly appreciated.

01/30/21 today I encountered the Rudest most unprofessional clerk I have ever dealt with. Absolutely horrible experience I have ever had. The clerk deliberately gave me the runaround out of pettiness and spite, used profanity and refused service for no legitimate reason. And to top it off refused to give her name when I asked for it. I have been to this location many times before and every other time the person helping me was absolutely wonderful but this time I encountered someone new, and she does not deserve to keep her job.

I love this location!!!!!! I started coming here years ago to cash my work checks. Now my son dad still goes there to get money orders to pay his bills and our son's child care and I come there the next day to cash the money order and the workers are always so friendly and so nice and know us personally.❤️

Demetrice was super nice and offered superb customer service, something that is so hard to find these days. She was very knowledgeable about all of the loan products the company offers and provided me with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision on a loan suitable for my needs. I made the right choice giving this location a try! Definitely check them out and if you're lucky hopefully you get Demetrice!!!

Shameka, the manager at the Crestwood location provided me with the best customer services I wish I could’ve put more than five stars. Shameka was friendly and made me feel comfortable when I definitely needed so encouragement and felt like the world was beating me down as a single mother. Her smiles made me smile which was needed because I haven’t smiled in awhile and just her taking time to ensure she helped me meant so much. Please if you all are in need of any services that Easy Money provides please go to the Crestwood location and tell them Ashley sent you. 😊
