I came in to cash a check when I first gave the check to the lady she said the check isn’t written out to me when my name was CLEARLY on the check, I had to call around for my references to just be able to cash my check as I needed to set up an account with them to be able to do it as I needed the money as soon as possible. I told her my phone was dead and I am using my boyfriends phone to call the numbers I am familiar with by heart and she told me she needs my phone to be on to confirm its me and asked how I’m gonna get my phone to turn on when I specifically told her I don’t have a charger in the car and she had my ID as well waiting for about 20-30 minutes to just not be able to cash it even when the check was specifically written out to me, I will Never be coming back here again.

I had never dealt with any payday lenders before this evening. When I went in, Billie made me feel welcome and the process was so easy. I didn’t have all of the documents I needed when I originally arrived at 7PM (they close at 8 on Fridays). She told me exactly what I needed to bring and I went home to grab them. She was so nice when I came back at 7:25. She had me set and ready to go with cash in hand before 7:45. Billie really made this experience so much easier than I thought it would be. She was just so sweet.

They are so nice at this location . I never go to any other easy money but this one ! The rest of the locations are terrible, but Hoover is number one ! The ladies in here are always sweet , have good conversation and they are professional. I always have a pleasant experience when I come here . They are also quick . Other locations have you waiting forever for the simplest services but they have you in and out . I’ve never stood in line there

I’ve been going to this location off and on for years and I’ve always been treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, my negative review is based on my most recent experience. The young man that assisted me made me feel like I was bothering him by coming in. He rushed through everything. Luckily it wasn’t my first rodeo so I really wouldn’t have benefited from a proper explanation. He then just slipped me my receipt and went back to his computer. No “thank you” or “please come again”. I was extremely disappointed.

I come in to this location at least 1-3 times a month and the staff is amazing and very friendly. Even if I’m in a hurry they get me in and out as quickly as possible. I cannot stress enough how professional they are. In my opinion every one of them deserve a raise.

I have done business with easy money for years but what keeps me coming back to this location is Miss Love. She is kind, personable, and passionate. She makes sure everyone understands what they are signing everytime and she is solution oriented. She goes above and beyond without fail. If you are anxious about getting a loan, ask for Love.

We had an awesome experience!! Love, was so professional, kind, patient, & super helpful. She also took care of us in an expedited manner. I highly recommend! Will definitely do business in the future if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks again!!!

Ms. Love has awesome customer service! She even talks and plays with my son. He adores her so much!! This location is awesome!! I would recommend this place to anyone! If I could give it more than five stars I would!
