Not a legit loan company. Couldn't verify a pay stub. Wouldn't even contact the store to see if I was an employee just assumed the pay stub was "fake", because of how long I've been employed with the company. Better off using Quik Pawn or Advanced America. Went to Quik Pawn and was approved in minutes literally

Unprofessional and very nasty attitudes!!! Had me to do a application and asking all sorts of questions which I’ve never had to do. Like they were drilling me on a lot of the questions I had to answer. I was given the run around with them knowing all along I wasn’t approved. Kept telling me my application was still processing but when she took my application said it would be 45 minutes. Called after 45 minutes and still same thing. Got a call about 10 minutes later, saying it was nothing they could do for me. I don’t even believe they ever took a application. It’s not so much about the application, it’s being productive and professional for me.

Great customer service friendly they are there to help with your needs and answer all questions you have in a professional manner I just love the place of business.

I love the whole staff ,they friendly went above and beyond too satisfied there customer and they definitely help u in any way they can very professional !!!

They always assist me in my needs. No matter how many times I have to go back to them they are always nice to me.

Very rude unprofessional like I’ve never been treated with such manner need to close the whole store down and get new staff the supervisor was the main person that was rude then had the nerve to mention that she supervises two more stores shame on them tragic to have her they basically turn customers away like they don’t want to be bothered
