Wow! After dealing with the General Manager Andrea in getting the proper paperwork to take a title loan out on my car I never would've thought I would receive the service I received on 6/3/21 at this location. Ms. Andrea was not the representative I interacted with. This worker was letting a previous customer out of the store as I was walking up. She locked the door back and disappeared. I waited 10 minutes when she didn't return. I called the store. No answer. I waited another 5 minutes and knocked on the door. Still no answer. I googled the next closest location to fgure out who was there. The rep who answered the phone was trying to figure out who was working at this location. She asked me about the vehicles in the parking lot. As i was telling her the rep came to the door rude. Saying she was calling the police on me because that was her car I described she said she was a child of God and that she had to use the bathroom. She kept the door locked after I kept telling her my fiance was at the door. She was so unprofessional and disrespectful. I WOULD NEVA DO BUSINESS THERE! I ended up leaving and it took a lot of self control. I know the pandemic got businesses hiring any and everyone but TitleMax needs to let this one go or put her through Customer Service training and make sure she understands its importance in her job to respect the customers.

Chris was the most professional, title agent I have met! Chris should get a bonus or a raise! I think he can show your other employees customer service skills!

Ms. Scott is professional and polite with a great sense of customer service.
