I recently went into this location in Brewton, Alabama to apply for a small loan. A very small loan. I was greeted by some very nice ladies upon entering. A very nice young lady took my application quickly and professionally. The next day I was contacted, and told that I was "Turned Down" for that very small loan. Seems that since I drove an older vehicle and didn't have a new vehicle, that was an issue ?? Never heard of such an excuse before. I worked in Finance years ago at a very well known Automobile Dealership. We offered every customer options. No one left there without being financed. At this location, you have NO options. Whoever is the decision maker on these loans, needs a refresher course at 1st Franklin Financial Corporate Headquarters. That decision maker is letting good honest business walk out the door. So, after the "turn down" I just go down the street that same day, and get exactly what I needed within 20 minutes. Just to let you know... they do Hard Credit Pulls, not Soft Credit Pulls, so if they turn you down, it will hurt your credit score. Be cautious if you go here.
