I would definitely not reccomend this business for obtaining a loan. I recieved a loan from them and had never been late on a payment until both my parents were hospitalized due to covid 19 and i had to miss work which put me behind on my December payment.. I went into the office on January 6th to pay off the loan completely and the general managers Jamie and Kevin refused to take off any of the interest during this time of hardship... As far . i would like to add that Rosie who is in the Centre office is very helpful and caring in regards to customer service.. I could understand if i was late throughout my loan....but to charge a customer that has never been late almost $200.00 in interest for less than a month during a very difficult time is very unprofessional and of poor value to their customer appreciation.
