They jumped 40 percent on their loans. Guess My bad credit just started. Will not make another payment till they fix my payment back to 1200 dollars. No more. So sorry of a company. Will not grace yo door no mo

Wonderful customer service! Mandy and the entire staff were wonderfully pleasant and had great attitudes. Mandy explained everything to me so that I could understand it and took her time with me. I definitely recommend 1st Franklin Financial in Clanton, Alabama if you ever need a loan!

I had a great experience and they were very awesome and I will recommend anyone to First Franklin in clanton, They were very nice and respectful and the environment was awesome and I loved the experience, They all need a raise and a bonus for being so awesome!!!!!!!!!!
