It doesn't matter if you walk in or drive thru, you are going to get the same professional, fast and friendly service. They truly make you feel like family!

Recently, we purchased a home in Wilsonville, having moved from Birmingham, and looking for a local bank. As a former bank Vice President and director of marketing director in Dallas, Texas, I was disappointed in the employee atmosphere of this bank. The bank facility is very nice, but not impressed with the lobby staff. However, there was one exception. A VERY friendly, African-American woman behind the teller line, smiled and was eager to help me. Told me she’d find someone to assist me. I sat down in the lobby. After 10 minutes (hearing a loud, personal conversation in one of the lobby offices) a woman came out of the office and said she’d open my account. Without saying a word, lead me into an office on the right side of the lobby directly facing the teller line . Sat down, no smile or greeting, right away told me what documents I would need, that my Alabama license with my former Highland Lakes address was not sufficient, told me I could go to DMV behind the bank and get my address changed, I replied, “then I can open my account”? She replied, “No, we’ll need two utility bills with your name and new address along with your temporary license as well”. Walked out, drove across the street to Regions Bank, was greeted right away with a friendly hello, and “what brings you to our bank?”, and, with my existing Birmingham drivers, opened my accounts, and transferred our money. Professional, friendly front line representative!!
