Panhandle Title Helped me the most when I needed last minute help to get out of an emergency situation, my vehicle was is fair condition, and they hooked me up with what I needed! Friendly staff, excellent service, and Summer, the manager, will make the best out of the situation. I am one that always forgets, and she steps up to make sure you dont go without! Fast Money, easy payments!!

This place is amazing. Not only did they really help me in a hard time, despite my car being in only fair condition, but the ladies that assist you in office are AMAZING. They are so very nice and will go out of their way to help you in any way they can. I would recommend this business time and time again.

The manager, Summer, is extremely friendly. Although I've not done business with Panhandle Title I did have an emergency where my truck broke down late at night while I was driving from Missouri to Panama City. Fl. and had to park my truck in her parking lot for a couple days. Summer was extremely helpful in recommending someone who could help get us towed and get repairs on the vehicle.

We have done business with Summer at Panhandle Title for years. She has always been very nice and very professional. We definitely will keep doing business with them in the future.

I would give this office a ZERO for the diabolical GREED and insentivity of the MANAGER. She literally threatened to repossess a friend's 2000 Ford truck that a fallen tree damaged during Hurricane Michael. He had been "paying" $250 a month (pawn fees) for over a year faithfully.... He TOLD them and I provided photo PROOF of the incident. Staff lied and said they would HELP him. Not only did this office NOT allow any type of extension or write off on a totaled out truck the manager DOUBLED the "payment" (pawn fees!) after he had just paid two weeks ago AND threatened repossession! She is such an idiot she calls his relative pretending to be an insurance adjuster, lied about her name..not realizing the phone ID had "Panhandle Title." RUN AWAY from THIS BUSINESS!! They do not give LOANS...loans have beginning and end dates. THIS company profits on PAWN FEES which are designed to never reduce the borrower's original debt principal. KIND yet unassuming people are being swindled daily wondering why their debts are never repaid. They have been reported to the Alabama Attorney General's Office with a complaint in the Alabama Banking Regulations Office. I want them SHUT DOWN and SUED.. class action style!

The people who work there go out of there way yo help you. They are there when you need them. I would recommend this title loan to any one. Summer is a great manager.
