I absolutely hate to even give this place one star. But the customer service is insane! The lady that answers the phone there is the most inconsiderate, rudest person I have spoke with. When you have a hard time financially, it is hard enough asking for help. This place I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! They act like it is TORTURE to do an application and give you a loan. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

These girls work with me every time I need something. Very friendly, considerate, and professional. I would recommend them. These ladies are great!

My husband and I have been getting loans from the Cullman branch for at least 20 years. We have always had a great experience and the ladies are always friendly. We needed a loan here recently and Robin worked on our loan right away and got us what we needed. The only complaint I have is that her computer kept crashing on her. They need new systems there because it took her all day to get our loan processed. processed.

I got my tv, washer and dryer financed through them back in 2010. They have given me lots of loans over the years. They’ve helped me when others wouldn’t. The employees are all great people. If your life takes a curve and you get behind on your bills talk to them they will help work out something so you can get back on track. I recommend them to everyone.
