Covington Credit, Cullman, AL

We have used Covington credit in the past and the people were just amazing to work with. Trying the one in Cullman and I just have to say they are the nicest and most helpful people we have ever worked with. I 100% recommend using them for your next loan, they will work with anyone. The process is quick, simple, and easy. We work with danyell and she is a doll so sweet and friendly. We also spoke with Rita and she is so funny, such a kind hearted lady, both women did wonderful jobs helping us out today.

Been a customer here over a year now. Haven’t missed a payment and was late ONCE the very first payment only because I forgot I got the loan LOL! Paid the original loan off and signed for another only for credit purposes! The second I signed for came in the form of a MAILED CHECK! I called and checked the credibility, making sure it was real.. They simply stated Yes! Just deposit it! They needed no information at all, (ie: change of address, pay stubs, etc) simply business. I’ve made almost all payments to pay this loan off a second time and unfortunately came upon circumstances that caused me to look for another job. I had an amount of money available that I’d paid down and they bugged me twice a week for three weeks to come sign for it, but didn’t need it. Come time for me to need the money they say “We need two forms of this and two recent pay stubs.” Since I guess it was technically “A new loan” .. Again. Never missed a payment or needed a favor. Credit score is good, only bad thing I have against me is medical bills, does that matter? No. Does it matter my wife has a job and could help if needed? No. Just “Hey it’s policy now that you’re here in need, just not when we want business.” Makes no sense to me. But here’s my review. The girls here have always been so nice and friendly so let me make it clear this review is simply towards “company policy”.

Great experience very friendly and very professional only reason for 4 stars has nothing to do with employees or cleanliness the company its self needs to upgrade there electronics: computers, tablets, printers, and software.
