Automated payment by phone is the absolute worst out of date phone service in use by any company that allows payments by phone. It will literally take 10 minutes for the automated system to gather your payment info and submit the payment all while never telling you the total outstanding balance and charging a convenience fee of $8.00 every time which I'm pretty sure is a fee they aren't allowed to charge if I remember correctly. Charging to make a payment costs you to pay your loan which you have to pay and theres really no other way to pay the loan other than calling in. Never received my ID to login online. Company seems horrible and unethical.

This is suppose to be a bank but if you pay with another source ( another bank ) the payment will not post to your account immediately! Why would you have to wait for a 3rd party to post a payment . I have also asked in writing, numerous times to have the my due date change. Guess what .. they still haven’t . I would go else for any finance or banking needs . Almost forgot , you will be charged 10.00 to speak to representative if they process a payment for you.

All in credit union where banking is impossible every time I go in this bank it is impossible to make a deposit they do not like taking change rolled or loose and they make it impossible to deposit checks . The Atms only work half the time I would love to switch banks but that is impossible for me right now considering my circumstances

We have a vehicle financed with AICU, unfortunately. These small town banks and credit unions nickel and dime you to death. You can't pay your payment online, unless of course you want to pay their fee. It is 2022 and you're still charging customers to make their payments? Absurd. When I asked about this, I was advised I could deposit a check from my bank, then transfer to make my car payment. What in the world?! Time to catch up with the times. Also, I was told if I mailed my payment, they went by the post marked date for the payment date. That's not true. After reviewing my account, they had secretly posted 3 late fees and no notification of them! I was shocked. I can't control the postal service. I called about those too and was told oh well, too bad. Ridiculous service that makes no sense. I will never use AICU again. Customer service no longer exists, especially here.

So slow in line for 20 minutes. News Bulletin.to mgr at 4pm when its busy have more than 2 cashiers. Its always soooo slow when I go there. They dont care!
