I have never seen a more miserable website in my entire life. It is a red, white, and blue abortion, and almost completely unusable. The so-called "help" button brings you to a limited selection. There is no search function. A task as simple as finding your routing number is buried 3 menus deep. I never chose to do business with them. They purchased my solar panel loan from a place called "Sunlight Financial" without my permission or knowledge. They eliminated the auto-pay function I'd had set up there. Discovering this - barely in time to make my first payment - I paid my loan from an outside account. The fee was about 10%. I tried to set up a link to an outside account. It's impossible from their website, so I tried my good bank. The link failed for some unknown reason. I've never had that problem anywhere else. (I'm about to try again.) They set up a savings account for me that I never asked for. They charged me a $5 fee for having paper statement before ever asking if I wanted an e-statement. As far as I'm concerned, this is no different than a mugging. There is no gravitas here, which a bank should have. Nothing but marketing backed up with no service and an impossible website.

Be careful when you close your acccounts if you move. When using on-line banking, you will lose all access to your electronic account records. They will then charge you a $1 per statment whether they send hardcopy or by email.

Refuse to help. Argumentative and lies to members and changes story everytime you call. Made complaints to better business bureau and thinking of switching to another credit union after 9 years.

Don't trust this bank with your money and personal information. They employ convicted felons who've been charged with forging documents who steal your personal information from your accounts.

Was on hold for 45 minutes customer support. Wanted to speak to CD dept, CS put me on hold we got disconnected and she never called back. CS gets worse. Their phone system terrible
Purchased CDs cant get anyone to logically tell me why APY is not on paper what they advertise. Made several calls always claim to be too busy. Receptionist screens their calls. BEWARE: Their APY is not what’s advertised. Ex, 60 month 5% APY. On paperwork and online it want be 5% it will be less! Check. This sounds like a bait and switch. They say they round up. unexceptable you loose money !!!!!

This credit union provides the worst customer service of any bank and/or credit union I have ever had. The representatives lie to cover their butts. I will call their CFO before I pay an extra 450 on my auto loan.
