They’re always happy to help and answer any questions you may ask and they always greet you with a smile and courtesy. It’s also great they always remember your name. I wouldn’t go to any other bank or credit union.

I am a fully satisfied Customer. I was surprised to see the lower than expected Google review rating, so I decided to take the time to add my 5 stars. I have only used the Daphne Branch. They are all knowledgeable of their jobs & I have never had any kind of problems with my checking or savings accounts. Convenient location to my house too. No complaints.

Absolutely love the people at the Daphne branch. All are friendly, courteous, and most importantly, professional. They have gone above and beyond for me.

Set up an account. The lady was awesome. Then I couldn't do mobile deposits. Said my account was inelegible. Called, left a message. Called again, left a message. Nothing. Still no mobile deposits. 😑 …
