OneMain Financial, Daphne, AL

I put in an application 4 days ago and was approved. So far, despite me sending in my documents twice, and calling the Daphne Alabama location 5 times only to be told they are working on it I'm still sitting here in limbo with no one having even looked at it. This is not the first loan we have had through them but it will definitely be the last.

Julie was very helpful and professional. She was thorough and really made me feel at ease. I read in previous reviews about the extra insurance that is added but she broke everything down to me before finalizing everything and let me decide if I wanted to keep it. It was a very easy process and it only took 24 hours for them to process, me sign paperwork and get the funds. The interest rate is a little high, but I plan to pay double to get it paid off sooner and not have to pay all the extra. Overall, the local branch there in Daphne, Al was a very pleasant experience and everyone in the office was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend to anyone and I will continue to use them in the future if needed

They told me I was approved. I had to get one document to the they took me a few weeks. So I waited and waited and finally got it. After receiving the document they told me they needed to run my credit again. I really didnt want them to but had no choice. After running the credit the second time they denied me after saying they had nothing to work with. I wasted a month trying to work with these people.

Ms. Tiffany and Ms. Fenton at this branch are super. They are extremely good at their job and very conscientious. They went to extra lengths to help provide the service I needed. Management is very lucky to have such capable and efficient employees supporting this branch. Raises are recommended!!

Not even worth the 1 star . I applied for an auto loan to get no responce yet a hard inquire on my credit report and was told that it would not show one because my application did not go through in the computer So now I have no estimate of what can be loaned any reasoning as to why my application was denied and not submitted but worst of all a hard inquire that's on my credit report for 2 years and has affected my score so!!!! Unless you have and knowingly have a 670 or above do not waste your time

After submitting multiple documents, we were approved for $8,000 at 24% and told they would call with our loan documents to do on the computer. The rate was high, but we figured that! NEVER EVER were we told that offer would change! However, when she called back, she said, "There's been a slight change." Slight my foot! It's only $5,300 at 35%!! She was shocked we would NOT proceed with this offer! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! BEWARE! After rejecting their offer, I received an email stating I had been turned down! This company is MESSED UP! BEWARE!! Update: as you see by their response, which he NEVER ADDRESSED MY ISSUE! THEY ARE DECEPTED LIARS! STAY AWAY!!

The staff is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They explain everything very clearly. They tell you what your options are and let you decide.
