Tower Loan, Daphne, AL

Horrible experience. They hit my credit with a hard inquiry that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE after I clearly explained that I did not want to increase the amount of my loan. They will harass you if you are late. They will show up at your house and scare your children. They will call you repeatedly back to back. They've called me 12 times consecutively in less than 5 minutes. They are unprofessional and dishonest. It's a wonder they haven't been sued yet. Stay far away from this company.

I do not have any business with these people but they keep calling about a friend that needs to get in touch with them for whatever reason. I told them that i have no contact with this person yet they call me non stop. They refuse to accept the fact i have no contact and can't make this person call them back.

WARNING. Do not do business with these guys. I have been trying to get them to set up my account for auto deduction from my bank every month, for at least 5 months now. Every month I get a call indicating my payment did not work. This is absurd. Save yourself from the disgust of dealing with these people.

They do not send you a monthly bill so have to call to find out your balance... also if you are a day late they start calling you well how does one now whether they are late or not when they don't even send a bill out and who has time to call. This place is trash DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL.

This place is horrible! The people in the office took money out of my account when they were not suppose to! The people that work in this office are also very rude. I strongly suggest you to not use this place!

The staff in the Daphne, Alabama shoppe are THE best. most helpful , very polite and kind. a pleasure to do business. They really helped me when I was in a bind and time was of the essence and did it quickly and efficiently, jet thoroughly making sure I understood fully all the terms and conditions. THANK YOU!

This place has got to be a front for something illegal!There is no way they would be in business if not.Horrible place to do business with stay away!
