Since the new manager has been there, very rude and unprofessional. No consideration for the fact that life happens, and things come up. Instead of working with us decides to take us to court and we get evicted because we don’t have our rent.....due to wages being garnished. Where we live cost of living is much higher than in Alabama. And 1 income instead of 2 is rough. So thanks for having 2 kids put on the street , instead of working with us.

Since Katrina has been over Credit Central in Decatur,Al, it is truly pleasurable to go in and do business and people there be professional throughout the whole process. Thanks for being there for me and my Family!

Horrible customer service. Harassing. Can't pay with a card or over the phone. Save the trouble and go to Liberty next door.

Such great people!. I have gotten many loans from them when times got tough. They are always sweet and helpful. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a loan.
