Carrie and Jeremy are excellent.. It's a new staff and great the first two times.. It's been a few months now, and it's such a drag borrowing $ from anywhere. Except, this incredible staff just continues 2 reverse that feeling for the moments you are borrowing.. I unfortunately don't know anyone in the store, but they remember you by name (which is priceless), and the conversation is so effortless.. So even when certain times is just certain times, this store's interactions are timeless. Hats off to incredible work from every staff members at this store for amazing work!!!!

Predatory Loans! Stay away, check out your local bank instead. They're trying to get my review removed because my alias isn't in there system. Natalie is the absolute worst, I'm not sure how she became a manager, she wouldn't explain our upcharge (had to pay about 50 bucks extra) and she just has an awful attitude.

They are extremely unprofessional and will hang up in your face like immature children!!! If you hate your job, find a new one! The customer service is ridiculous

I personal have never in 2yrs had bad service & always been friendly to me. They work with you if your payment is a going to be a couple of days late. They also have Spanish people to help if you need that also.

The staff is unprofessional. I was hung up on after telling them that I am currently out of town and wasn’t going to be able to pay it until I come back. This the worst loan place in Decatur!!!!

Trish always has a smile on her face. Even when she's had a rough day and a few customers that haven't been the world's friendliest to her. She always greets me with a smile, we joke around and I absolutely adore her. She's very professional and she is just plain amazing.

I really had a great experience here yesterday.. The ladies working here are amazing and very helpful. Getting the loan I needed was quick and easy.. overall I recommend it to friends.
