I went into the office to apply for a loan on 11/16. The person that i was referred to was Chris. Chris was not very pleasant at all he seemed uninterested to help me. I gave him my info and was told he would contact me on Monday 11/18 to let me know if i was approved. Monday comes and i did not hear anything by 1pm so i call up there to check on my application and very dryly Chris tells me that he will call me back later in the day to let me know. It is now Tuesday and i called around 12:30 to check again, Chris picks up the phone and really dry and rude and says sorry we couldn't get you approved. I wasn't even upset about not being approved the customer service here is horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on the customer service experience i had just from the first interaction.

I like the place I've done business with them for several years the only problem is with the Decatur store and the Hartselle store they need to get the machines to a do credit cards debit cards to make payments the Decatur store does not have a good parking lot very hard to get out of not enough of parking places I absolutely love the Hartselle store Marty and Dan are the best he has got the friendliest staff working there so I gave them 10 Stars if I could

I highly recommend this loan company i choose this place over any other loan company ive had a loan with.
