Online banking is not Online banking can't create an account. If you're locked out of your account oh well. This whole experience with this credit union is frustrating as hell, especially when you don't have 24 hrs nah 12hrs customers service. I've been trying to get into my account information for 3 days...I'd hate it if you need help over the weekend...you really have to wait until 8:30 Monday morning Alabama time

They never answer the phone. And i been trying to do the online banking so I wouldn't have to call them but i can't seem to get it to work. But great bank just answer yall phone. Also the one in Butler number is disconnected and when i call the one in Pennington it keeps hanging up. Fix it please.

Won't assist me with any out of Country services while deployed overseas even though they are fully able to do so. Never respond to emails, constantly lock debit card during purchases, and online banking app is a joke. Would not recommend to anyone wanting a smooth banking experience.

They are a shared branch location for my credit union in Florida. They only allow withdrawal of $1500 daily, even when bills are due and have to be paid. They also won’t do a cashiers check for a shared branch member. They won’t call and verify, they don’t do anything. Awful as an option in a rural area. Really disappointed.
