Credit Central, Dothan, AL

I've been a customer with Credit Central for 9 years. My loan was always paid and usually taken back out because it helped rebuild my credit. 3 months ago when I stopped in to pay my monthly payment I inquired about renewing the loan. I was told that the district manager had noted on my account DNS. When I asked what that was I was told it was a Do Not Solicit. Basically it was the company's was of telling the local office that I was no longer eligible to renew my loan. No reason was given. The manager stated that he would "communicate with his boss" to see if this could be lifted. I was told that I'd receive a call that afternoon. This was 3 months ago. I don't have anything negative to report about Credit Central other than they need better communication both with each other and with their customers.

I have been doing business with credit central for a few years now, and was never late. I ran into a financial bind and I spoke with them about it to see if they would please work with me, but they will not, they do not communicate here at all, I have talk to someone several times, but they do not note it in there computers nor communicate with one another, because if they were to actually do there job I wouldn't be getting harassed by them calling my phone 5 times a day! They aren't suppose do that to any of there customers, they are only suppose to call once a day and that's all, they are suppose to note they called, but they always fail to do something!! Once I get them paid off I will NEVER get a loan with them again, and will NEVER recommend to anyone, I will send them elsewhere like Quick Crédit, where they actually communicate, and listen to one another and you as there customer, they aren't rude either!!

Credit center is a great place. And they are very great people that works their. They help me in my time of need. Thanks for everything.

I like Credit central because they are friendly and not because they loan money,but when you really need it, they will do all they can to help..Thanks Todd,Louise, and Carla. I'm glad they helped me
