I have been here a few times, and have always experienced or witness terrible attitudes from the employees. I am leaving a review today because not only did she treat the customer before me terribly but she had a terrible attitude with me and was unable to help me. I understand some people may not like having to work but there is no excuse for such bad customer service if I were managing her she would definitely be fired. I did not get her name but I am sure anyone reading this knows who I’m speaking of.

Horrible experience we have done business there every week to cash my husbands check and we go there, go this week and my husband was told by the worker that she believed he stole his paycheck and told him she believed he tried to cash it somewhere else and called his company to verify that isn’t wasn’t a stolen check and he goes there every single week!! They take pictures!!!! The worst experience every, very degrading and embarrassing, that goes beyond just checking on someone, to tell them they think they stole something!! Will never go back and yes they cashed it. Less than one star if I could, before that though they were good people.

Im still in shock.... Although the young lady was very very nice there, day charged me $60 to cash a $600 check.. I feel like someone just stole $60 from me. That fee is outrageous. Now I realize that I could have said no however this particular moment my car was out of gas and I had no choice but to do it otherwise I'd be walking home. I work hard for my money for someone just to take $60 out of my check like that is just outrageous.! I shan't be returning to that place

This place is garbage. No good customer service whatsoever. One lady was helping me to send money to my brother via western union. Instead of the other black ladies helping her they continued to take customers, seeing that she was struggling. Go somewhere else please! This place is unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the owner immediately!

Terrible service and all the employees I've dealt with are extremely rude. they'll charge you 30 dollars to cash a check and can't even give you cash, they upload it on a prepaid card. What is the point of this establishment?
