One more payment and this will be completely paid off. The sad part about these companies today is..they don't truly value the customers who pay on time and pay off their loan. So I absolutely will NOT refer this place to anyone. A place like THIS one will go all the way out for someone with such 'good' credit, but they sometimes end up being the ones to dip out on the loan. They will go a little way for someone with 'okay' credit, and when every payment is on time and the loan is one payment short of paid off...it turns into a whole new game, one that's NOT worth playing with them. Don't waste your time with this place!!!

Five stars to Melanie who was my main consultant. Like many of us I'm sure who get slapped with a monetary surprise, a recent medical issue put me out of work for a bit and saddled with some bills that were unexpected. I was referred to one main by a co-worker who raved about their service. I also work in the financial sector so I have a pretty firm grasp of the process and what factors are used to determine eligibility. There was a question about pay statements which Melanie (again great) said the automatic system isn't tabulating something, and she wanted to borrow the eyes of her co-worker. When I say that lady was condescending that would be an understatement. She spoke down to me, and waived copies of the pay like a child whilst speaking through her teeth. Perhaps it was an off day, but I will not return to One main in any capacity. I went to my local bank and took the signature loan I needed in 20 minutes and probably got a lower APR. I'm huge into giving business to people that have been recommended, but if her way of speaking to people is any indication of future service I'm glad I walked away.
