No customer service skills at all! Bruce @ Tower is extremely rude and not courteous at ALL! After telling them not to call my job, they STILL called my job repetitively. I will NEVER refer anyone to this company! The Dothan branch needs a new set of employees, who have customer service skills and patience, and who are actually NICE to their CUSTOMERS (considering the customers are why they have a job in the first place)!

I am very disappointed in Tower Loan. I had a loan with them for 24 months same as cash. Little did I know at the end of 24 months, it was not paid in full. When I asked for the pay off thinking it was April, they told me it was set up for 3 years since I didn’t pay it off in 24 months and now I owe another $800. Dirty, wrong, crooked business. I am very upset and can not believe someone would operate this way. I have now talked to multiple in the company that said they cannot help me. In January, no one told me the 24 month cash option had expired. I asked several times throughout for the amount to pay to pay off the loan by the end of 24 months. Very upset in this misleading business concept. They are setting you up to fail and Pay them money! Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place has harrassed my son for a necklace he got at Wilson's jewelers. He returned the necklace. They told him they had it. They have harrassed him and he doesn't have the necklace. They have ruined his credit. Do not deal with these people

Judging by the other reviews, it seems this place has made improvements. Our experience has been nothing but courteous and professional. They have been very understanding and very helpful. Every person up there that we deal with is a pleasure to speak to.

DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!! ADAM THE SITE MANAGER IS BEYOND PREJUDICE!! AND NASTY!. they are known for poor management and rhude behavior . and they also have a horrible district manager lc who is worst than him. interest is at all time highest .. RUN
