CDs…..APY shows on system different than your paperwork. They say system rounds up. Example 12 mth Apr was 4.25 and apy 4.39. On my account on internet says APY 4.386. Mgr took care of this for me. 2nd time this has happened to me. CHECK your paperwork vs your account on internet. Bring to their attention. Small difference but not whats being advertised Small amounts adds up. Its your money !

Super unhappy with this place. They need training bad. Multiple inquiry hits for a single loan application due to their own confusion. Poor understanding of personal information security. Poor communication. I think we’ve only had good service from Amy. I think I’m just going to move onto a another bank that treats you right and knows what you need when you ask. I get different answers from different people here. Very unprofessional. I completely understand now how they’ve become the most security breached bank out there. I do not feel safe with my data in any way and I know they aren’t responsible enough if something nefarious does happen to know what to do. This loan process has been a cluster and more of an attack it feels.

ALL IN CREDIT UNION is not for business owners. You will find that they are not capable of properly processing ACH deposits. If you are a transport company ACH is one of the most frequent ways to receive payments. COMDATA is another popular way to receive payments. ALL IN has several times messed up these payments to my account since starting my business. On three different occasions now they have frozen my debit cards while I am out on the road miles from home trying to make a living. This incompetence is very aggravating.

The best people to work with as far as loans and banking. People are friendly and knowledgeable, and extremely eager to help you with all of your fiancial matters. The branch is clean and organized and has a clean restroom. Although they are not open weekends, the customer service is beyond extraordinary.

I am Very irritated with Beverly she kept hang up the phone on when I need to pass along important information that was going on with my account. I had to call multiple just to get a Response from somebody. If Beverly did not want to answer the phone or call me back completely & wait for the phone the ring than she should have stayed at home. Thankful Cali was the only one who resolved my issue and help me keep her around & pay her extra money!
